Download PDF, the outlines are vector format, can be used on a laser cutter. I print off the single page image, cut it out with scissors, fold at dotted lines, and use a sharpie to trace outline to the metal sheet. The end result will be similar to the 12x24 outline sheet. I don’t cut out the square base plate until the other pieces are assembled. It’s never truly square. Once those side pieces are tacked together I trace that bottom square, then cut out.
Make sure the dotted lines are only slightly scored by the angle grinder. A wide flat vise clamp, or mounting in a vise and bending with flat plate reinforcements works. Hammer marks usually show up once painted, unless you’re using 14 gauge or thicker. The end result looks best if you do all the scoring on the ‘inside’ of each fold. That means ‘inside’ the box area for the side flaps, and ‘outside ‘ the box area for the top flaps. 3 tack welds on each corner junction is enough. You’ll want at least 2 coats of white paint,I think the matte works best to hold the red paint. Gloss clear coat enamel to finish.
